By placing an order with Souvzen, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and able to enter a binding contract.

Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). GST/HST is added at checkout based on your shipping province. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number. All transactions are secured by TLS and PCI-DSS via Stripe.

Shipping

Orders ship within 10–20 business days after confirmation, tracked via email. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns

30-day guarantee on defects, damage, or wrong items. See our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (logo, photos, copy, code) belongs to Souvzen or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially use this content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Souvzen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Cornwall, Ontario.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version applies to all orders placed after the Last Updated date above.
