- What payment methods do you accept?
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- How long does shipping take?
- Orders ship within 1–2 business days after confirmation, then arrive in 10–20 business days across Canada and the US. You get a tracking link by email.
- How much is shipping?
- Free Canadian shipping over $50 CAD. Below that, flat $9.99 CAD. No surprise fees, no duties at the door.
- How do I track my order?
- Click "Track order" in the footer, then enter your order number and email. You'll see the current step (placed → preparing → shipped → delivered) plus the carrier tracking link.
- Where do your products ship from?
- We're a Canadian retailer. Our products are sourced from carefully vetted international suppliers and shipped directly to you, with email tracking.
- Do you ship outside Canada?
- Yes — we ship to Canada and the United States. Times and rates are calculated at checkout.
- Are there customs fees?
- For international shipments, your country may charge import duties or local taxes on delivery. These fees are not included in the purchase price.
- Can I return an item?
- 30-day guarantee on defects, damage, or wrong items. Email us a photo — we'll refund or reship right away. No need to send the item back.
- My package shows "delivered" but I didn't get it — what do I do?
- Email us within 7 days. We'll open a carrier investigation and, in most cases, reship or refund.
- How do I use a promo code?
- Enter the code in the "Promo code" field at checkout. Codes are case-sensitive and one code can be used per order.
- Is the site available in French?
- Yes — fully. Switch at top-right. Emails you receive will also be in your chosen language.
